The company as a whole needs to listen and act when their clients are not happy,
I believe right from the start of this contract that a dishonest way of gaining trust took place with bringing me on board almost Three years ago when this was known as Talk fair ltd, and although some of that staff have now left, I very strongly believe that ice comms should have taken on board my concerns but didn't, and as a long standing business person myself, you have to think of gaining that trust back and turning the new name around, that did not take place in my view and seemed like nothing changed,
And with all the evidence before you did not listen, that is bad practice, my contract should have been closed right from the start and your equipment returned, some customers would say they have been scammed, I would say I have been dealt with in a very dishonest way of gaining some ones trust, and i have the recording to prove this, so please listen to this before you comment on this review which is a very honest way of putting this without going into detail, A. williams
