Stupid packaging even though advertised as flat pack, Delivery took ages and stupid packaging mean they couldn’t fit through the letterbox

Thank you for your recent review.
I am very sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the packaging of our items. We did change our packaging a while ago due to customer demand.
Unfortunately, the previous packaging was causing items to become damaged during delivery and our most recent one protects the customers' orders. As the boxes are made in house at our warehouse from already recycled materials, they are all made to one size. They also more environmentally friendly as it is recyclable and biodegradable compared to the previous packaging of the blue bags, which was not.
