Don't work with them

Can plutus explain that: on 5th April i was charge amount of money by company which I have prof of payments then on 7th April same thing happen but then I don't have prof of payment like was not me. My account did go negative balance because of it. Plutus did answer to me saying don't worry first transaction was decline that's why was charge another one. So can you explain how decline transaction show on statement as was charge not pending but show as was charge and also after that my account did go to negative balance if was decline there is no way to go negative balance ?? Did I miss something. That's clear show how bad is Plutus.

No help from Lyncamobile customer service worst network ever
Call Lyncamobile many times and also talk on chat and never have sort my issue. I was on o2 before and I did move with my sim switch. After swich I have very poor signal or no signal unable to received messages on both sim cards I have from lyca also my old sim card from o2 is still working should be terminated after switch but is not so that's how Lyncamobile did switch my number and on top of it I always have 5g network but after moving to lynca I new there is a problem with 5g on iPhone users but there was never issue report about android users and I have Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and s22 ultra and both phone doesn't received 5g network not even for minute even if I drive next to 5g network antenna. I think network who use ee network best service provider network in UK should have all the time best network but here I have issue to get lte network not even thing about 5g and very poor 4g that's very bad. On o2 number I did transfer to lycamobile is 07491340121 and lycamobile is 07404114469 and my secend number on o2 was 07400786905 and I transfer it to lycamobile number 07459303055. Please check it
