I'm very sorry we can not give zero
I purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet, thinking it was a great product and even better than Dyson. However, I had a disappointing experience with their customer service when my machine malfunctioned. They accepted it for service but claimed it was out of warranty, so I ended up paying for repairs. When the machine was returned, it was in worse condition than before. Despite my attempts they even do not accept it to the service it again. I lost trust in the product and ultimately decided to throw the Samsung Bespoke Jet in the bin. I have since purchased a new Miele machine instead. Samsung is a nightmare

They never even served free cars

They never even served free cars. We rented a car and paid in full, but they did not provide the car without a decent excuse, and we received no refund. The staff were very rude. Never again.

Hyperoptic is a bureaucratic and unreliable company. I highly recommend being cautious and not fully trusting what they say. They are good until the sale, then it's a big disappointment.

Unfortunately there is not zero

Unfortunately there is not zero. It took 3 and half months to deal. At every step they keep promised however they could not provide internet in central London at the end of 110 day. So I cancelled it

It seems that they are funded by companies. They don't even bother to read and evaluate claims, and unfortunately, they act like the endorsing body of private parking cowboys.
