I'm not a skilled worker that requires top of the range expensive tools but I do require tools that are affordable and do the job they are set out for.
All of the tools I have purchased from Ryobi have done the work I require of them with good results all round.
I use them off grid most of the time and the battery life is very good. To jet wash my caravan from top to bottom just used 2 4ah batteries.

From the very first time over 2 years ago when this company first started to install our heating system its been one long battle. The work force turned up and set to work totally ignoring any request I made about the install. The out side of my house now looks a complete mess with what can only be described as a black train track running up the side of the house. There was no need for this as I had showed them where to run the pipes under the kitchen units I had even removed all the base plates for them.
Totally ignored that and went up the out side of the house to the over flow thinking it would be an easier install. The pipe would not fit the hole 3 hours later and lots drilling the out side wall of my house looked like an explosion had been set off. But no that wasn't going to deter them no repairs were done. They then moved inside the house drilling holes through the walls nice neat hole one side but the exit hole looked like another explosion had gone off and great big missing chunks of concrete and plaster. This happened in every other room they put a radiator into. Asked company to never send them back to my house and to get some one out to repair the damage. That never happened totally ignored, Part of the install was missing a cover for the unit out side that was delivered in bits a knock on the door and left on the doorstep they ran away like frightened little kids. Yes it was a government grant installation but a little care and attention would not have gone amiss.
Well after 2 years of phone calls and complaints with nothing achieved or resolved the final straw happened the insulation that they used to cover the pipes out side with is internal insulation and has now started to degrade and fall apart. When it was first installed I asked were they sure that insulation is appropriate for the job and was told yes of course it is. Well have had a reply from Aura heating today saying its out side of the 2 year warranty and they are not responsible.
The company employs cowboys led by cowboys who don't care about how they complete a job as long as some one pays. If you value your sanity and would like a stress free heating system fitted please avoid this bunch. The date of the experience is not correct but it will not let me put correct starting date just the date of there final text to us.

item ordered on line fast and efficiently collection within the hour all went as planned. After collection I decided to purchase another fryer for my daughter. Found 2 assistants on the shop floor and asked if one of them if he could check if there was another in the warehouse.
He replied quite bluntly that the one I had ordered was shipped especially to the store for my order. I replied I don't think so as I only ordered it 30 mins ago and I've picked it up. His reply was well we have none in store and turned his back on me to walk away.
Lucky for me the other assistant Peter piped up and said he would go and look for me. Within 5 mins he returned with the item, I also picked another heavy item on impulse from the shop floor . HE carried the items to check out and then to my car for me this was the type of service I expected first class not the its to much trouble and I'm right attitude from the other assistant

Really pleased with Hosemaster! Supplying exactly what I required with a high quality products at a genuinely and competitive great price. I was contacted about my order only hours after it was placed to confirm all was O.K. and the delivery was picked and ready to ship. This was my first time using Hosemaster…but it wont be the last. It goes without saying, I wholeheartedly recommend Hosemaster to any one requiring there products.

Well it all started 0n 19/11 2024 when I placed an order for next day delivery. I did not realise the next day would not ever come, 4 weeks later after many texts and phone calls I told them if it was not here the next day I would cancel the order. Well low and behold the next day a delivery wagon arrived I thought thank god its arrived. I could not have been more wrong half the order was missing. Went back to there web site all the missing parts were still available for next day delivery. Back on the phone and texts sent it took a further 3 weeks for the missing bits to arrive. Booked the plumber and bathroom fitter to come in for a fitting day. Well I'm now a bit happier as my bathroom can be completed. How wrong could I be the plumber did his bit then the fitter started next thing I know he is down stairs saying well m8 I am sorry to say I wish I could fit it all for you but I've just opened one of the boxes and there are 8 connectors missing. I felt like I had been kicked in the guts the fitter left with the promise that he will return to finish the job when the parts arrive. Back on the phone to Victoria to be told it will be here next day well that was several days ago and still nothing. Please if you value your sanity go else where to buy your goods. Because as a company the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I would not recommend them to any one avoid at all costs if you value your sanity.

Well it was the final run up to Christmas when I ordered the gaming neck headphones last minute order from my grandson. The site said 12 days delivery that was going to be close if it made it at all but my fault for leaving it so late. Then the surprise knock on the door next day and they were delivered total shock. The present was gratefully excepted by my grandson even he said he didn't think it would arrive in time. Thank you Richard will most definitely be using your company again.

This is the second year I have invested with Investec.
Hassle free from start to finish I am a pensioner and worried about scams and things. Investec made it so easy to invest and as the year came to an end kept me informed about my interest amount and where it would be transferred to. The easy way it all worked convinced me to re invest for another year and the interest rate was on par to the highest rates around. I would recommend them as a company to look after your savings for a year.

great company to order from always deliver on time. little gifts thrown in to do test runs with. Usually only order esun filament but this time have tried a u.k made filament from 3dq filament prints fine. The only draw back has been the cardboard reels for some reason they are not balanced correctly and the filament unwinds far to fast and to much causing it to lock up under another piece of filament. Have tried 3 spool holders to stop it but it has done it on all of them. will have to rewind it on to a plastic spool to make it run correctly. I will still give filaprint five stars as always

the representative I talked to today was very helpful and informative answered all my questions and was patient with me as I am deaf. He has even made a note on my file so who ever I speak to knows.

Great quality sweat shirts and tee shirts. next day delivery. Have used spiral direct for a number of years now and never had a problem with any of the goods.
Great value for money and even better when the sale is on.

The quality of the jacket is first class. Thick quilted padding and keeps the cold winds out while on shooting trips. Good quality large zip easy to grip with gloves on. I ordered a size bigger to allow for clothes underneath the jacket fits great with and without extra clothes underneath. For the price i would recommend to any one that wants a good quality warm coat.

Swift delivery, all my questions swiftly replied to. The unit has been purchased to trickle charge 2 motor cycle batteries in a garage with no access to electrical power.
The battery handled the initial recharge with no problem and has been working away for 2 weeks now with very little discharge to the main unit. To compliment the battery I will now purchase the solar panel to keep the unit fully charged. Hope this helps some one else adapt there set up and helps maintain there bikes through the cold winter days.

The sales rep lok who served us today was very help full and explained everything to us, from the initial sale to the after care and how to maintain the furniture after delivery. She was also very courteous and polite which made our visit all the more enjoyable. We are repeat customers and with this type of service our custom will return when we need new furniture. what visit to specsavers i was due to pick up my glasses on Monday but was told i would receive a text or mail to say they were there. No text or mail so at the moment im £450 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Arrived on time set straight to work front bumper scuff. explained how long it should take approx 1.5 hrs. work quality very good looks like new would use again in future. cleaned down the area after work finished all done within the specified time and away

good quality package bought for my 6 year old grandson to plink with. was worried it may be to big but no all ok. swift delivery even during the virus lockdown.Will use again for supplies and new guns.
