All these 5 star reviews on here - I’ve read that Pinksia give major discounts or free clothing to people in exchange for good reviews. Isn’t it strange that every “good” review on here is a full 5 stars, not 3 or 4 every single one is a 5. They have to rate a full 5 to try to keep site average up as all the real truthful reviews are 1 Star & would be a 0 if possible. They’re not ever clever about doing it .... men’s names commenting & giving ratings 🙈 shameful!!!

If you’ve placed an order with them & going through the hell of trying to get your money back as they’ve never sent your order - if you’d paid by PayPal go straight to them to open a dispute claim - they will get your money back for you in days.

Do yourself the biggest favour & stay away from these scammers - they are crooks!!!

Absolutely do not buy anything from Pinksia. They are scammers, you will wait months for your order - if you ever receive it!! If you do get your order clothes are cheap knock offs of the pictures of clothing they post on their site. The material they use is awful, shiny & so thin you can see right through them. They are not what you see on their site.
I placed an order & when it still hadn’t even shipped out weeks later I cancelled my order. Trying to get my money back off them was so frustrating - they lie to you telling you refund is being processed & you’ll get money back in 10-15 days. This never happens & it took me over 4 months to finally get my refund & refund only happened because I made a claim with PayPal. I promise you this is the ONLY way you’ll get your funds back - file a claim if you paid via PayPal, don’t cancel your claim with PayPal when Pinksia tell you to (and they will it’s in their customer service script ... they’ll tell you your account is now frozen so they can’t refund you without you dropping claim at Paypal) it’s 100% lies - carry on with your claim I got my money back from PayPal in 6 days!

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE FAKE & BIZARRE MADE UP 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR PINKSIA ON HERE!! They are put there in a vain attempt to counteract all the honest negative reviews from people like myself who were deleberately scammed by this rip off company who have shoddy cheap clothing that looks nothing like the pictures on their site. They no longer let you comment on their pictures on Facebook as all comments are from angry customers who have either lost money or received substandard clothing that they cannot wear.

Pinksia is such a dishonest company who will take your money & not send you anything. None of the items you order are ever in stock & then when you cancel & try to get a defund they kick into scammer mode.
They will tell you these lies:
“Your refund is being processed & it usually takes between 10-15 days for you to get your money back”

Then when you’ve waited ...20, 25, 35 days & still no sign of your money being returned they will try to fob you off & buy extra time ( so you’ll give up in the end) by telling you this lie
“So sorry but we are so busy I have sent a priority request to our customer service dept to refund you”

This game will go on forever if you let it .... I don’t know why I gave them so many chances ( 4 months worth of chances!) before I finally smartened up & filed a claim with PayPal. Guess what .... they got me my refund in 6 days!!! Go straight to Paypsl & do not cancel your claim like Pinksia will tell you that you have to do in order to get your money back - they will tell you that your account is frozen ( IT’S NOT) ignore them & proceed with your claim! If you paid through PayPal - you will get your money back.

I will keep posting my reviews so no one has to endure all the frustration I have trying to get my money refunded from these scammers!

I ordered a dress & it was never shipped, they promised me for 4 MONTHS that they were processing my refund ..... they were never going to give me my money back, as with hundreds probably thousands of other people they hope you just give up trying.
I did eventually get my money refunded but only because I filed a claim with PayPal & they contacted Pinksia saying they had 14 days to refund my money or they would take it back from Pinksia. If anyone is waiting for money back from this dishonest company GO STRAIGHT to PayPal - don’t wait - file a claim I promise you this is the only way you’ll get your hard earned money back.
Pinksia even tried to sabotage my PayPal claim by telling me that because I’d opened the claim with PayPal my account was now frozen & now they couldn’t refund me - THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIE to get me to close the claim & be right back where I was before. I kept the claim active with PayPal & thanks to their hard work they got my refund in 6 days!!
Don’t buty from Pinksia - I’ve heard from a few people that have received items from them that they look nothing like the pictures on the website and the material is cheap, shiny or see through, poor quality & poorly made. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Do not order anything from Pinksia, they are fraudsters, dishonest & scammers ... and that’s me being polite.
If like me you ordered from this thieving company thinking that you would actually receive your order & find yourself months down the road with nothing shipped & no refund issued I truly hope you paid through PayPal - it is the ONLY way you’ll ever get your money back. Don’t wait like I did for 4 months going back & forth with these con artists telling me my refund would be issued between 10-15 days & every time I questioned them on it they would set my refund to “priority” ... what a joke, they were doing nothing!!!!
I filed a dispute claim with PayPal ... as soon as I did Pinksia all of a sudden said (within less than an hour of PayPal alerting them of the claim) they were trying to refund me but now because of the claim my account was “frozen” so the only way they could give me my money back is if I cancelled the claim with PayPal. Cheats!! Liars!!! Scammers!!! I didn’t cancel my claim & thanks to PayPal I received my full refund in 6 days ..... if you’ve paid by PayPal start your claim immediately!! I have told everyone I know my experience with Pinksia ... steer clear of them they are dishonest & skilled liars.

If you place an order with this dishonest website you will be really sorry.

They have blocked me from leaving comments on their Facebook photos & if you look at their photos they delete all comments from everyone, it says 5 comments and when you click on there they have all been removed - I’m sure because they’re getting exposed!
Do not order anything off them - orders rarely get shipped ( mine like so many others never did) refunds are all but impossible to get, they string you along for months promising your refund has been given priority ... it’s not even being looked at 😡
The only way to get a refund from these dishonest crooks is to file a dispute claim with PayPal. Once Pinksia are notified by PayPal they will try to get you to close your claim claiming your account is frozen so they can’t refund your money while claim is active. They tried to do this to me - I did not cancel my claim & thank God I got my money refunded in 6 days thanks to the good folks at PayPal.
They are complete scammers!! Do yourself a favour & don’t part with your hard earned money to these dishonest crooks.

Such a terrible dishonest company! They take your money, never ship out orders on time if EVER. Then when you try to get your money back it’s such an awful ordeal. They are scammers, will string you along promising you that you’ll get a refund & the only way you’ll ever see your money again is if you go through PayPal filing a dispute claim against these theives. They even try to tell you because you filed a claim with PayPal they are unable to refund you as you account is “frozen” they try to get to close your claim .... Do not fall for this, PayPal told me this is completely untrue. I went back & forth with Pinksia for 4 months trying to get my money back and I should have gone straight to PayPal as they were able to assist me in getting my refund back in 6 days.
Don’t believe all the phoney 5 star reviews on here - I seen they offer people discounts & incentives in exchange for favourable reviews as they know their customer service is an absolute disgrace. They also orchestrate their own reviews - if you notice there’s no 3 or 4 star reviews - they have to manufacture 5 star scores to offset the real honest 1 star reviews from everyone they’ve burned.
Stay away from their site & ordering from them they are scammers.

I bought a dress from this rip off company in June, it hadn’t shipped in over 6 weeks so I asked for a refund. Sent 14 emails to them after them telling me that my refund was being processed on July 24th seems to be the same story as everyone has about them stringing you along with lies saying it’s being processed and to please wait. I’d already waited for 4 months and so finally last week I opened a dispute claim with PayPal. Pinksia actually had the nerve to send an email telling me that because I’d gone to PayPal my account was frozen so they can’t refund me until I drop the claim with Paypal. This was yet another tactic for them to not refund my money. I did not drop my claim and thanks to the great help from PayPal I got my refund in 6 days!!! If you are not having any luck getting your money back go straight to Paypal it’s the only way & DO NOT drop your claim if Pinksia tells you to.
My best advice is steer clear of these Pinksia crooks - I’ve heard that even if by some miracle you get your clothes from them the quality is really poor & workmanship dreadful. Hope this helps anyone who is in the same boat I was. #paypalheroes
