Polite, friendly, hassle-free replacement
My Sodastream Power stopped working after 4 months. I phoned Customer Services who asked me a few polite friendly questions and agreed it should be returned. After an initial delay in sending me a return label (I had to chase it up) I sent my old machine and received communication a week later from Kim Smith, Customer Supply Co-ordinator, that the return was agreed. I received my replacement the next day by courier. I feel reassured that Sodastream provide a decent Customer Service, with helpful communication. Thank you.
