I generally have a pretty smooth experience as a talent on this site. It's efficient, and they've recently made some changes that make the process even clearer. The one hiccup is that every now and then, I have a client who doesn't pay on time, and while Voices.com is very helpful in getting them to do so, it can sometimes take an extra month or more.
