Airport needs massive improvements, no sitting spaces, toilets disgusting and overall very poor. Would put me off going back to Crete it was that bad an experience.

Reasonable quote, on time bike transpoted professionally and could track the van for ease along with great communication.

Picked a motorbike up from Manchester to Derby, great price and very well delivered on time, would definitely recommend 👌

Started great then went downhill rapidly. Sold the project of being all completed within 7-10 days after the preparation works when in fact in took 6 weeks.
On complettion of preparation work being carried out but digger left blocking the drive for 5 days. Garage door damaged by the mini-digger during the works, no one knocked on the door to say what happened, only found out as the security camera picked it up, then took about 5 weeks to finally mend it after I called numerous times.
Materials then delivered and left in the close for over a week and works delayed. Project manager non-existent and had to call to find out what was happening.
Only positive, the works were good and did a nice job but everything else absolutely shocking !!

Useless, they rearranged our time slot which was OK but when arrived the tyre wasn't there so a wasted journey. Staff looked clueless, won't be going back.

Shocking service, was supposed to be waiting when i dropped my car off for repairs at 9am, car didnt arrive till gone 1pm after several calls chasing 🙄

Poor customer service and refused to take original packaging item was delivered in. Tried calling DPD but waste of time.

On time and even when i sent then back for a different size they were very prompt in turning the order around.

Visited the showroom in Leicester on several occasions to view items in store. The layout and choice in store is brilliant. Staff are great and no pressure selling tactics which is really appreciated. Staff were really cheerful and helpful with good advice provided.
