Awful service for companies

Terrible service for companies. We have been with Trustpilot for years and it continues to get worse. Reviews for other businesses cannot be removed because the process is done automatically (ie TP cant be bothered to check anymore and couldn't care less if you get spammed with reviews that aren't even for your business.)

When it comes to renewal is when they show their true colours. This year we have been auto renewed without permission and our yearly cost raised by 20%, even though it clearly states in their own contract that they will not automatically raise costs more than 5%. Contacting anyone is impossible, the account manager being conveniently away for a month.

Avoid this review service at all costs as a company, once they have you on the platform they will milk you for all they can.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely unprofessional company, they try to auto renew you without permission even when you tell them explicitly that you do not want to several months before! All you get is a rude response that you should pay your next years invoice. This alone speaks volumes about the quality, value and usefulness of their service.

Platform itself is useless as well, we have taken them onboard to try for a year. Not had any use out of it whatsoever.

I can see that there are a number of other companies they have done this to as well. It really grates me when firms like this try to bully other companies with shady terms and practices. Unlucky for them we have a strong legal background and will not let ourselves be bullied, very happy to see them in court!
