emailed back and forth with Chloe and other staff who kept asking for more measurements than I had and bothered a tailor twice and then the third time just did the last one on my own. No way without international fees to speak with someone directly there should be a free service to purchase and assist customers. I have not gotten the dress yet so cannot comment on it and there are no returns so if the dress does not fit cannot return it and still no dress for the wedding. Also, after I ordered it saw the dress on sale for less than what I am paying. I will need to see if the measurements I sent worked perfectly for the dress. Wish they had try before buy. Chloe and staff did their best to assist me by emails but took so long to finish.
