Advised delivery would be Monday 10/02
Morning of 7/02 I receive messages to say delivery today between 13.15-15.15.
Incredible! I change my diary to make sure I'm home to receive it.

At 10.15 the driver turns up with my parcel. Unsurprisingly I'm not there to receive it so he takes it away.

Now no update for repeat delivery

Delivered at 12.16. Luckily I was in this time. Great to receive deliveries early as it's a pain to wait in all day. Not much use though if delivered outside of the time window you are expecting...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I'm pleased we were able to get the goods to the delivery depot sooner than expected, however I'm terribly sorry the delivery wasn't attempted within the allotted time slot provided.

As we don't wish to replicate this same delivery issue, I will be sure to pass on this information to the relevant departments.

In a more positive light, I'm pleased to see the item was sent back out for delivery today and has since been received.

The link you have sent me to follow this up goes to a web page '404 page not found'.

Seriously????


Elica Snap, absolute rubbish.
My second unit in 6 years has succumb to the same fault as the first.
Making a electrical shorting (intermittent buzzing) noise inside and not powering up.

Couple with this the appalling customer service, as others have said below, save your money and do not buy this junk

Changed delivery time after ordering placed

Placed an order for 2 items, next day delivery.
Following day 1 item was delivered. Checked the status of the second item and delivery was now showing 6 days!!!

Called customer services who, although very pleasant, we're absolutely useless and didn't even understand the situation.

If I was to reorder the missing item, delivery is within 2 days, quicker than my order!??!!?

Lost all faith in this company and their delivery promises

Appalling service

Appalling service. Used the SIM for a tracker in a car, hardly used any credit due to this.
Was told to top up or SIM would be cancelled.
I contacted them and told not to worry as this was standard and I wouldn't lose my credit.

I lost my account credit and they cancelled the SIM

Avoid at all costs

Hello, the point is that a prepaid SIM card must be topped up at least once every 15 months, so theoretically €1.00 would be enough. If this is not done, the card will be deactivated, but reactivation is possible at any time. Ordered a Google watch online for…

Ordered a Google watch online for delivery to store.
After a month I chased it, told it was in store ready for collection.

I went to collect but told it never arrived in store. I was told that a supervisor was looking into the order to find where is was. I should expect a call with 3 days.
No call came.
I then called O2 over the course of 2 months, each time being told that I would get a supervisor call back and each time nobody calls and I have to chase.

My order item is now subsequently out of stock due to the time taken and I was offered a refund,

Not much use now as the item is out of stock everywhere and unfortunately my son's birthday present from August will never come.

Poor quality, appalling customer service

My 12 year old daughter saved up for a very long time to purchase a build a bear from Selfridge's in London.
She had an awesome experience, super helpful staff.

However, the bear didn't live up to this level of service and the fur fell off within less than 12 months.

She reached out to customer service to explain what had happened, including photos of the bear.
Over 7 weeks later, she hasn't received a response.

Appalling customer service, in fact I'd go as far to say, non existent.

How can you deal in dreams for children and not support them or even reply to them.
Dreadful service, shame I can't attach photos for you all to see the bear

Paid over £400 for a gazebo. Received and many structural parts missing. Quality is very poor, my item was clearly a return by a previous customer.
Avoid this company. Appalling products and no customer service at all.
