Your request for review is premature. I haven't received the goods I ordered and have already paid for yet. Delivery of the goods is part of the customer experience, and part of the contract between Power Tools UK and the customer. If you don't invite the rating at the end of the process (delivery of goods), then ratings are not fully representative.
If you play fair, then so will I.

Dear Mr Littler:- I should be grateful if you could possibly return to this review following the information I can now supply:-

You were good enough to place an order with us at 20.51pm on Tuesday 25th September, we actioned the order and shipped directly from the manufacturer on Wednesday 26th September marked for the member of staff you wished the goods to go to. The shipment was signed for at your reception, be it somewhat late, at 17.58pm on Friday 28th. We then automatically invited you to review our company 5 days after you placed the order (Sunday night) at which point the goods had been with you for around 48 hours. Any chance you might have re-think for us??, as far as I am aware we ticked all the boxes, we clearly ask for 2 to 3 working days to deliver and we make it just be it the wrong side of 5pm
