Called 3 times to get someone on the phone and nada. The message is your wait time is 10-15 min, but after 40 min i just hung up. I tried this 3 days in a row. Called because im waiting a month to tsf funds from another financial institution. Dates keep moving with no explination so im trying to call and see whats the hold up. The other instituton says they havent received anything? Great customer service all around.

Web site was easy to use. Had a good variety of shows to choose from.

I have ordered from from wish for many years and this is what I have learned:
1-90% of the time it takes 30 plus days to get your product. If you get it at all. I once received a package 8 months after I ordered.
2- there is rarely anyone to contact(generally emai), and if you do, there english is terrible and communication is difficult.
3- many of the vendors steal each others pic's and write ups, so you see many of the same items at different prices.
4- When you buy on Wish its like buying from a giant flee market. Most of the items are low quality. I have yet to buy anything that lasted more than 6 months.
5- Clothing is difficult to buy. Remember, people in China are built smaller so sizing is rarely accurate. Any article of clothing is always smaller than expected.
7-Stay away from electronics. There is no quality here. I bought a phone once, and what a piece of S#@t it was. The camera only took blurry pictures, it was a 12mega pixel camera, right. ( I did get a refund, but never bought a piece of electronics again).
So basically you sometimes get what you pay for. When you do get it. Generally it looks good, but won't last, and communication is very difficult.

These guys are just scam artists. Not sure where they pirated the video they show you for their smartwatch but what they send you is utter garbage. I notified my credit card company about these people. This is the only way to get back at them for defrauding us. This is fraud, plain and simple. If more demand their money back for being defrauded maybe we can shut them down.
