It's a family run business. Vass called me and we talked over the job, then he visited and gave a very reasonable quotation. Booked work for next available slot which was a couple of weeks from quotation visit.

Would have been 5 stars but for BC saying slot I booked was full after I had booked and paid up online. Rebooking was hassly and ended up asking for a call back to sort. Seems tricky to get through on phone as no number on website.
