quality far lower than advertised

I purchased a bed and mattress as part of a deal. Upon opening the first box of the bed, I immediately noticed the poor quality of the bed/wooden parts. I repacked the box straight away and requested a refund along with a free return of the entire order. I’m currently awaiting a response, but I feel it’s important to warn others that, in my experience, the product quality is far below what’s advertised.

Took car in for a noise

Took car in for a noise - was informed it was the exhaust. Paid £140, but turned out this was not the issue.
Then had the MOT, and needed the drop links replaced on 1front and 1back. Paid for all 4 to be replaced, as advised by F1, as the drop links was the actual cause of the noise. Was informed we would look at the Exhaust issue at the same time.Nothing has happened since, instead the company have said, go to the Ombudsman. The reply below by the company, state that parts of the exchaust were replaced as a goodwill gesture - Which they were NOT. Very professional hey!
The drop links were faulty, so had to revisit 3 times, to have the issue resolved. The manager and deputy manager could not find an issue with the original replacement of the drop links. Shows what great expertise they have at F1.
No paper work given for service - requested many times, still not given it.
Issue after issue after issue - No reply to some emails. Very unprofessional since having the work. Do NOT USE

You have failed to mention that you met with the Regional Manager and the drop links have been replaced, free of charge, under warranty and other parts of you exhaust, as a gesture of goodwill. We are sorry that this matter cannot be resolved between yourself and us as a company and we have advised you to contact the Motor Ombudsman, if you wish to take this further or seek advice. We will happily work with them to try and resolve this matter for you.
