Great quality items at a good price point. Sizes can be a bit hit or miss so offering free returns is appreciated. However I've found the returns process to be poor. I don't have easy access to a printer so it's incredibly tedious every time I need to return something since there is no option that doesn't require a printer. From my experience, refunds take much longer than the estimate given to process and support is completely unresponsive.

Yes, in the UK you will definitely be paying customs fees to get these products. I was a bit upset when I ordered the trial and got charged an extra £12, but I quickly forgot about this as soon as I started using the products.

I've had acne prone skin over 15 years now and I must have tried close to a hundred different products. Most did not work at all and the ones that did had other negative side effects that I couldn't live with. That said, I'm quite pessimistic when trying new products since I've tried so many that did not work and I honestly didn't have much hope for these.

I got the classic maintenance kit as a trial so I'll just give my thoughts on each product:

Reload Exfoliator:
I have tried many different physical exfoliants in the past and my experience has been absolutely terrible. I would typically break out almost immediately. However the charcoal rub did not have any such effect on me, and I noticed that it did an amazing job of clearing up blackheads on my nose in particular.

Charcoal Cleanser:
Cleans skin really well, not too drying, has a pleasant scent and a little of this stuff goes a long way. The one month supply lasted me almost two months. After switching to this I almost immediately noticed I was breaking out less.

Moisturizer:
Wow... this stuff is amazing! I am addicted to the smell of this and it feels so incredibly good on my skin. It absorbs very quickly, it's not greasy, it's the best moisturizer I have ever tried. I seriously can't stress how good this stuff is. I feel genuine excitement at the thought of putting this on.

After going through the trial I ordered a 6 month supply. I got a £19 fee to import it which I wasn't thrilled about but I honestly don't care because I really love this stuff!

I ordered a pair of the mahabis summer 2 slippers. The overwhelming sensation that I had after trying them on is that I have been taken for a ride. The slippers are not as comfortable, lightweight and stylish as the marketing material seems to suggest. They look like indoor slippers but just not as comfortable. The sole is too hard which negatively impacts comfort and also makes noise when walking around the house. I hate the feeling of the foam/rubber back. It makes them really hard to slip on and off too.

I get the sense that mahabis knows that their product is not that good. If you're so confident that people will love these slippers, why not offer free returns?

UPDATE 17/10/2018: Had to drop another star off because I was forced to contact Mahabis to ask for my refund 10 days after my return was delivered to them. Totally unacceptable.

My Newgate clock arrived quickly and very well packaged.

Shipped some stuff over from Berlin to London, including two guitars. Everything arrived within a week with loads of tracking updates letting me know where my stuff is at all times. Would definitely use unibaggage again.
