Delivery was on time and the upfront information was clear to track the package, but very bad experience with the delivery man. He was in a rush and just interested in taking the picture of the handover to leave. I indicated to him that the parcel was broken with an impact and I wanted to report this as this might've damaged the device inside. He ignored me and mocked at me saying that I could do whatever I wanted because he doesn't care. I took a picture of the parcel to inform the seller.

Fantastic experience. I had to do an antigen test for traveling a day before my trip and the results came on time by email as another times I used this laboratory.

Once I booked the room there was a doubt from the hotel about the availability of type of the room I chose and Travel Republic was able to confirm everything in a very quick way
