Ian is great to deal with and as a company they take the time to understand the circumstances of customers rather requirements rather than just having a 'computer says no' underwriting model which is all too familiar these days when it comes to lending. Highly recommended for businesses that are looking to grow and expand.
Review of Royal Mail
Absolutely awful, use anyone else but these. Been waiting 3 weeks for a tracked delivery, driver keeps saying address is inaccessible one minute then that someone is not in the next (which is a lie as there has been someone in every single time), they delivery to the property regularly too. You can't contact anyone as they make it near on impossible and it won't let me redirect the delivery at all. Made a complaint about it 3 days ago and had no contact either. Joke of a service.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
I moved out of my previous property which we had paid our bill monthly only to receive a big final bill out of nowhere. When I sent them a meter reading I was told they had an incorrect meter number, a worrying in itself, I sent over pictures to confirm this.
They then said they would investigate as there was a clear error. I never heard back from them.
Later received a heavy handed letter threating a CCJ for a bill that isn't even confirmed to be mine from a Debt Company who had no idea about the ongoing investigation. They still haven't even completed their investigation!
