there has been 2 fraudulent…

there has been 2 fraudulent transactions on my credit card. The first was refunded reasonably quickly. there were notified of the 2nd yone during the pending stage and have been contacted over the past 10 days. the amount of fobbing me off has now become unacceptable. I want to change banks , who should i go to?

1st Degree Burns

Got a terrible adverse reaction like burns on the hands fingers and lips. Medical bills and no response from the company. Very painful. Do Not buy this product.
The reply states they have no knowledge of this yet they gave me a refund on the same day as my complaint

Complained about an unacceptable flower…

Complained about an unacceptable flower delivery .
I was treated to a non caring girl who fed me some bs about guard petals. over £40 and flowers lasted 2 days. they wont discuss a refund or replacement. Do not use this company for flower purchases

Cheap out of date Tat. Who would feed a 6 month old out of date food? why is that legal? you would do much better with a trip to Aldi. Please save your cash

We do state 30% of our items are past their BBE date, and we put all the dates in the product descriptions for our customers to see.

We wouldn't sell anything that was not safe to do so, or that did not offer a great taste experience.

Have had a nightmare few months with…

Have had a nightmare few months with this incompetent company. 3 times I tried to re sign up with them on a fixed deal. 3 times the fixed deal did not happen. When exasperated I had had enough and decided to leave they tried to charge me an exit fee. Now that i have left they are still holding on to my money and wont answer any of my communications. My advice .... stay away from OVO

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced when you tried to sign up to a fixed tariff.

We're not holding onto any money, we can't process a refund until we've generated your final statement. This can take 4-6 weeks after you switch away from us.

Unfair on the plague

Low estimate then hit you with a high end result. I thought we had moved on from con men of the seventies but with this shower I felt that payment should be cash in a brown envelope. I would say avoid them like the plague but that would be unfair on the plague

BT are by far the absolute best company at passing the buck. Whoever you speak to , its not their dept. Whatever the problem its someone else's fault. If this monopoly had any true competition I would be there like a shot . Unfortunately I have to put up with all their crap. You may have guessed.... I am totally dissatisfied with BT
