Customer service is top notch.

Earlier this year we sent off our son boots to be converted for SG studs.

We starting discussion before Christmas as we knew we was getting our son some
Nike elite boots. They were fantastic offering useful information and support on the process.

As the weather starting getting better and the pitches where getting harder we reached out again and got some FG studs.

The recent weeks we have been switching between the two types of studs depending on pitches. Unfortunately one weekend we had an issue with a stud and reached out to the team.

They were amazing getting back to us and offering advice. It came to a point where we had to send back. No issue for the team. They sorting out the problem and sent through free replacement studs.

So as I said top notch service for the team. Extremely efficient and fast turn around getting our sons boots back.

Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

FANTASTIC service. Very helpful in communication when sorting for our son’s boots. Out son was very pleased with them and loved the personalisation done that he wanted. Will be using again and recommended to friends.

I had not had my eyes tested in at least 8 years. First time using Specavers. The staff was very friendly on arrival and through out the the eye test. Explaining at each stage what was happening. Having to need to get a pair of glasses to help with my eye sight when concentrating I found the staff member at the time unsure and a little uninterested.

Apart from that all in all more than happy.

The delivery man was very polite and friendly.

Service was great, the ladies working that day where very helpful.

We just went in for a butter dish but always came away with some new table matts.

As always top stuff team.

The kids love Animal Crossing New Horizons and enjoying as reward time when they finished their jobs. Even to a point Dad has got a character on the island now.

I recently made two orders with ShopTo.Net and as always did not fail in delivering both items on there release date nice and early as well may I point out.

The communication from them was top notch. More so on the most recent order as it was an item in high demand.

Would recommend to anyone who is new to ShopTo.Net and not sure to use them.
