I’ll keep it simple. Avoid their mystery boxes, even if you are in the UK.
They simply don’t have enough stock to deal with the demand and have terrible customer service. They don’t reply to emails other than an automated response. I waited 2 weeks and they eventually sent me £170 pair of shoes for a £500 mystery box. I called and they said it was a mistake. I had to return at my own expense and then wait over 2 weeks for a replacement box.
If you are having issues, I recommend phoning, although pin them down to specifics. I spoke to staff several times who assured me they would sort the issue that day, but it simply didn’t happen. The only person I spoke to on multiple calls who helped me was Marcus - so thanks to him at least!
A real shame as they do sell legit products and but it is total chaos from an organisational and customer service perspective.

Very Poor Service
The good news is their goods are not fake and tend to be cheaper than many other websites. The bad news is their customer service is beyond bad.
I paid £18 for postage and waited 15 days for delivery. During that period of time I tried emailing their customer service multiple times - no response. Repeatedly rang their customer service line - no response. Eventually I logged a claim via Paypal to get my money back and they jumped into action.
Quality of the packaging was terrible when goods arrived considering my order value was in excess of £500. I returned one item and waited a further 2 weeks for a refund. Overall, I would avoid. They don't seem to have a clue how to run a customer focused website.
