I was disappointed I could not place the order at my local CEX shop? How easy that would have been, but no "You Must Do it on line", what a pain. It was dispatched in reasonable time & well packed, but Royal Mails 48 hour service took six day's!!!

As we deal in second-hand goods and we do not have a centralised warehouse, items are purchased and sold via multiple CeX stores accross the UK. Thus, if the item is unavailable at your local store, we request customers to place an online order for it and we will happily deliver it to your doorstep.

Excellent fast service, I liked the fact that their delivery people texted me the day before with a time slot, very helpful. The delivery men were very helpful, & my item was in perfect condition, even it's box was spotless, no marks on it, clearly it was handled with care from start to finish.
