Very disappointed

Very disappointed
I ordered food for my dog from Nutriment for the first time and I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of the portions. I defrosted the first portion of Sensitive Support 500g for dogs and it turned out to be a very strange consistency, smell and color.
It absolutely does not look like there is a content of raw meat after feeding the dog felt uncomfortable after feeding and farting with a very unpleasant smell. I wrote a letter to customer support, described the situation, no one answered me. Today I defrosted the second portion of Raw Rabbit 500g, the dog sniffed it and moved away from the bowl, we almost never have this. I ordered 7.5 kg of food for more than £50 ... the whole freezer is full, the dog refuses to eat this food. I will have to throw it out and order food from the previous supplier. Very disappointed

UPDATE: Yesterday I defrosted another portion with Raw Rabbit 500g, the dog ate a little during the day, in the evening she ate 1/5 of the portion and refused to finish. She vomited twice during the night. The first time she threw up the rest of the food that she managed to eat in evening , and at 3:40 a.m. she threw up yellow foam... we were very scared, because she didn't have that before((

I had a bit of a negative experience…

I had a bit of a negative experience with this hosting. I needed a VDS for less than a month to test. Towards the end of the term, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but they made me pay for the second month, as they said that cancellation is possible only 14 days before the next payment. So for a couple of times using this hosting, I had to pay £63 for two months. And yes, if you miss the payment deadline, they start sending threatening letters. Very disappointed

No respond from customer service

Everything is fine with delivery, but no one responded to the request for an invoice within 10 days. I tried to contact them through the website 4 times, but still no response. Order #29117 If anyone from YHS customer service reads this review, please send an invoice.
