Expensive underlay but poor quality

Expensive underlay but poor quality, lots of hard bits in the mix that you can feel when walking on it.
Not worth paying for underlay to get the fitting.

Poor service no communication

Ordered 4 lots of 12 box’s of glasses wipes on sale they had 132 in stock. 2 emails received order and processed order. No delivery so emailed no reply. Emailed stating I’ll need to contact CC provider so they replied stating they had no stock so refunded me last week. No refund and still showing 132 in stock.
First and last time using them
Recommended steering clear of these.

Very poor customer service

The mattress was comfortable from new but unfortunately the support from within the core of the mattress has reduced. After contacting customer service they provided me with their only method to prove how poor their mattress really is, put a piece of WOOD on the mattress and measure the sag, yep wood I presume so the weight will close any gap. On doing this and providing photos their forensic photo department have concluded the tape measure was being pushed down and so there is no issue to resolve. They have also been sent many other photos proving the issue but they show to clearly the fault but won’t be accepted because it’s not the piece of wood and tape measure method they ask for and then reject! The customer service department always have an answer for anything so it’s like arguing with a child and somewhat pointless. Their only real answer is for the customer to pay for an independent inspection and if found faulty they will refund but as form them honouring the warranty I wouldn’t hold your breath. If your mattress doesn’t fail then yes is comfortable but if it does and you have to deal with customer service you will wish you never purchased from them!

Five star after sales service

After purchasing a car from Redrose cars I found there was an issue so I contacted Bash who asked me to put the car into a local garage to me. Once the problem was diagnosed the work was authorised and the garage orders the parts, up on completion the invoice was settled and I was able to collect my car same day. Dealing with Bash and all the staff at Redrose has felt like nothing was to much trouble and reassuring that issues would be resolved.

Although the concept is good the…

Although the concept is good the customer service is at times poor I’ve been waiting all week for a response to email, live chat, messenger they just don’t respond when 1 of the packs is looking like it’s going to explode, they seem a little out of their depth with the response they have had from launching.

very Difficult to claim

Can’t stand them it’s impossible to claim always rejecting receipts for claims forcing you to go back to get information not usually handed over after going to the dentist or opticians. Seems they making it so difficult to claim that you won’t bother trying.

An nightmare to claim money back if…

An nightmare to claim money back if it’s not optical or dentist, if your invoice isn’t worded exactly as they want it’s rejected, you’ll get a lot more rejected than excepted they you have to go back to get the invoice changed time and time again!
