The WORST of the WORST!!!!!!!
I have never experienced a WORST shopping experience in my entire life!!!! I wish there was a -100 stars but anyways, story begins a few months ago, to be precise in April 2023....
My mother died back in 2021 and being a guitar player my wife at one point told me "why don't you buy a nice guitar with the inheritance". I thought that was a lovely idea as it was my mother who gave me my first guitar. Little did I know about what was about to happen.
I fell in love with a Gibson SG Vintage Cherry (nearly 2.000 euro guitar) and I had two options, either Bax or Thomann. I chose Bax because of a 150 euro savings.... BAD CHOICE!!!!
The days passed, and passed, and kept on passing. I called CS numerous times, I got hanged up by them, I got told they could not do anything, until finally some 2 weeks later, utterly pissed off by their behaviour, managed to get a CS supervisor call me back.
So the CS supervisor calls and manages to get my guitar, that was supposed to get home when I could enjoy it most due to my daughter's spring holidays, arrived 2 weeks later when I had no time as I had to get back to work. On the behalf of the supervisor I do have to say he gave a 50 euro voucher, but I will get back to that later on.
So, after spending nearly 2.000 euros in the guitar I was supposed to get nearly 2.000 Bax points... well, they managed to fvck that up and it took them 2 months to fix it!!!!!!! At the end some programmer had to do it manually!!!!
Then I tried to spend the 50 euro voucher... well, that went like shït. First of all, they discounted the voucher from the price of all the items in the order, so if for instance, you buy a 50 euro cappo and apply a 50 euro voucher, your invoice will be 0 euros and if you return the item you will not get anything back! Of course your order will also not be insured in any way not to mention about the tax implications of such a practice.
So when I retuned some of the items I got a 10th of the price, if anything. Would have been better off by selling them in Marktplaats.
Last but not least, I finally got the Bax points in my account and then I went to order a mic stand with them but never placed the order. Still, 1.900 Bax points were deducted from my account!!! 
It seems that nothing works in this company.
Oh yes, I forgot, I got an email about nearly a month ago from one of your CS people but never got a follow up. What a shïtty crappy and utterly horrible shopping experience. Never again.
You can shove the 1.900 Bax shïtty points up your hole without lube for all I care.
And for the rest, my unfortunately dead mother will be waiting for you on the other side....... a$$h%l3s
PS: excuse my french, but I really think you so god damn deserve it!

I did send you the invoice number through the form provided. Is that another thing that does not work at Bax?
