I have been waiting 14 months so far for my complaint to be handed to an investigator. It’s been over 2 years since I originally complained to my housing association! The Secretary of State for housing needs to do their job and actually regulate this organisation!!

I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I asked a Wickes employee called Clair and she was most helpful. She knew what I was looking for and directed me to the aisle I needed.

I asked for my order to be cancelled due to their poor despatch time. Conveniently, that afternoon I received an email back from P & F with Evri tracking, saying my items were dispatched. The Evri tracking just keeps showing we are expecting it. Now I can’t wait for it to turn up so I can send it back!

The customer service quality from this company is very poor. The staff aren’t properly trained and give out information that isn’t in line with consumer law. They don’t return calls when they say they will. Some of the call handlers have very strong African accents and can be extremely difficult to understand, especially if the line connection is poor. I’ve been a Very customer for many years but due to numerous problems recently I most likely won’t use them again.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.
