If you are having an issue, please let them know. Give them a chance to fix it.
My first order was back in 2015. And when this new order arrived, the device was different, updated. So I tried it. But I did not like is as well as the original device I was using. So I contacted the company and let them know. They were kind enough to send me the old model. I am super appreciative! And I would recommend this company to anyone!
