Your people are very prompt and seem eager to help, but I'm just not able to navigate your site to simply find the items i want and execute a sale. Also, I'm supposed to have some "medalion" as part of membership, but I can't find out how to use it or even what it's work.
I just can't believe that what I'm charged for membership is so I can get our articles about different liquors!! I can research for myself if that's the case.
Where is the value?????
