Excellent Experience
Starting with the website, it is very easy to navigate. Then, being able to speak to a knowledgeable person, no waiting. Got a quote right way and all email and text communication is fast response. Got my transmission far quicker than estimated, too. The only hiccup was an issue with their email system when my mechanic tried to contact them for the core pickup. A quick phone call sorted that out. Have not put very many miles on this transmission, yet, but hopeful that it will give quite a few more years for this old truck.
I did do my research ahead of time and this company had the best reviews of any. I can highly recommend, as well!
