Discusting I have to say!!! Some flexibility please!!!!
I can prove the item that arrived was totally damaged, it was fully insured yet you won't compensate!!!
I sent an item through this company, its august, holliday month, everybody knows it!!! Yet, although reported the item at the same month, they won't compensate, meaning I've lost an antique item worth £350!!
Horrible customer service, won't even talk with you on phone, but you need to send of a ticket!
