Good value for money. Not 5 stars because they aren't quite as good (vision-wise) as other more expensive glasses supposedly made to the same specification.

Just did my renewal online. It was clear what was on offer and very straightforward to do the renewal.

We had a new front door fitted by RILU this month. Overall, an excellent experience. It made a nice change to have the same people, Ricky and Luke, taking care of both the sales and installation phases of the project. They are very pleasant to deal with. The installation was done on time, quickly, cleanly and faultlessly. I highly recommend them and would use them again if more work is needed.

The door, furniture and surroundings are all as expected and came with some useful maintenance tips. The installation was done as scheduled. The lock seems very secure and came with 5 keys, which is more than expected and very useful. The fitters, RILU, were professional, quick, clean and tidy. The door price was a little more than some other manufacturers, but it was worth the extra. So far, so good!

Package arrived on schedule and in good condition. Excellent performance especially as we are in France so it was an international delivery at reasonable cost.

It was good to be able to switch to a fixed tariff to give protection against price increases next year. However, the online experience doing this was rather confusing. Also, we decided to switch for gas but not for electricity (one bet each way regarding price movements after March) but couldn't see how to do that so had to go for both.

Although I found lots of information about investing through Seedrs, it was a long haul for me to work out exactly what I needed to do to actually make my first investment.

I have used Bulk many times and they always deliver the correct items when they say they will.

I find Bulk very reliable and quick for deliveries. It seems that whenever I need to buy something there is a special offer on so I always feel good about making savings on the basic prices. My impression regarding quality of the goods is that it is high, although I can't be sure that the kind of general health supplements I buy (as opposed to fitness/performance items) are definitely beneficial. My only real disappointment is that I have to look elsewhere for some items because Bulk only offer powder versions rather than tablets. I bought one to try it and the recommended daily amount was 1/5th of a tiny scoop - impossible to measure accurately.

I was rather confused to receive an Order Summary with apparently incorrect maths in it, and then a MiFi device which I wasn't expecting. I was just changing my SIM-only mobile plan. Casey was very patient and informative, explaining that the device is to give me extra data and that the document had a mixture of ex-VAT and Inc.-VAT figures in it. This was a very satisfactory web-chat and I was pleased I could download a copy of the chat.

Just requested the switch to Avro Energy from my current supplier. It was very straightforward and quick, but I can't comment on what the future holds!

Everything arrived well packaged and on schedule.

This product has some interesting features such as the secure browser to use when involved in on-line financials. With regard to suspect programs, ESET identified some items which other products hadn't previously found and it was comforting to see that it was scanning all drives. The main negative is the user interface relating to installation, which I found rather confusing, e.g. sometimes it was unclear what was happening next, and it took a long time to find how to access the main product window in hidden icons. I saw no explanation as to why Edge isn't supported in favour of Internet Explorer.

Excellent service and refreshing experience from start to finish. Easy to book by telephone without a telephone queue, easy to arrange the appointment for the work, job done at my home, on schedule, by a very pleasant and efficient technician. No surprises.
