Scammers. Don't do business with Brevo. Much better alternatives exist with much better customer service and you actually get what you pay for. Brevo is a scam you get nothing. Its cheap for a reason. Typical Indian customer service, not strong in English and cant even spell my name correct
I had a 16% opening rate. 1.09% unsubscribe rate. I'll bet Brevo will try to put a spin on it to try and make it my fault hahaha. Typical scammers

A great business to buy from. I purchased from the website and then Belgium customs charged me taxes on the product. I wrote to NinthAvenue and asked why I got charged and they immediately paid the customs fee without me even asking them to do so. It's not common that EU businesses do this. SO i really appreciate them.
Path Social is a total scam company. I paid for followers and likes. The did not deliver likes and the few followers they supplied were bots form outside of my target region and or p[rivate "FAKE" accounts. I asked for a refund within the intiial 7 day period and they refused it and want to keep 100% of my payment that was one year paid in advance
Bad customer service. I ordered a product received no tracking info only an email saying it would be delivered Saturday. I got a phone call at 17:05 Saturday that my product was be cancelled because nobody was home. The product was then removed from Bol.com and only available with another sellor with a 2 week waiting time.
I was asked for the usual ID documents, i supplied them and they were accepted. I was then asked for my most recent bank statement. I supplied this and naturally i deleted how much money i have in my bank account ( That information is not required for validation). They would not accept this. I have not continued with them as it felt VERY VERY DODGY that someone would need to see how much money I have in my bank account to validate my ID.

Upwork are actively allowing contractors to hide negative feedback. Upwork are aware of unethical activities happening on their site and yet new consumers are not informed that contractors are acting unethically........ Poor consumers and POOR ethics from upwork
