Dear Cultivar Team. I want to express my absolute satisfaction with the whole experience of obtaining a Cultivar Greenhouse. I had not seen one of your greenhouses 'in the flesh', but having decided to buy a greenhouse, I did a lot of research on-line. My first observation was how good and comprehensive was your website. Firstly, many top of the range manufacturers have no information about pricing up front. With your website I could decide upon the types and sizes of greenhouses that fitted my budget before contacting you for ideas and advice. Secondly, it was obvious from your website that the quality of your product is superb. Thirdly, the extent of ideas and examples to be found on your website demonstrated how proud you are in your product and how interested you are in your customers. thank you Daniel, for your help when I spoke to you; thank you to your team there, for the excellent organisation and thank you to the construction team, Alex and Sarah. It was a pleasure having you around for the two days you spent erecting our beautiful greenhouse; it looks better even than I expected. Excellent value for money. Definitely second to none.

The car was showing engine management warning light and particle filter failure; the car went into limp mode. I telephoned Audi Coventry. The receptionist refused to book the vehicle in that day and made a booking for the following Tuesday. I called Roadside assist, who spent two hours clearing the filter. When I brought the car into Audi there was no record of the fault on the car's computer. Audi should have investigated on the day of the problem. Mr. Tom Ibberrtson, who dealt with me very helpfully and courteously, has advised me to talk directly with him should the problem reoccur.
