From the moment I inquired about the QA course, the customer service has been exceptional. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, I decided to withdraw from the course, but the support I received was outstanding. I can't express enough appreciation for their customer service. I will definitely return to the course in the future. It's rare to find such genuinely supportive service. Their trustworthiness is evident, and I believe their course outcomes are as promised. If they were insincere, they could have delayed my refund, but it was a simple process. I received the withdrawal form with just one phone call and got my refund within three days of submitting it.

Do not trust the price on their web page. and expect the worst customer service if you booked with Smart fares. Here is my experiance with smart fares, please spend some time to read it before you book a flight.
On 07/08 I booked a round trip for $1180.53 and $64.93 for flight insurence. on 07/09 they made three difrent transactions on my card; $1180.53, $1215.53 and $64.93. I opened dispute about the unknown transaction which is 1215.53. then they made a refund for $1180.53, which is $35 less than the dispute amount and the charge they took(not refunded) was a booking price on the airline web page itself, for the same flight. so you can imagine they made two charges not because they made a mistake but they want to take extra mony. anyways I didnt care about the extra $35. I let it go.
what I see on 08/20 was hard to bileave. dispite they refund me for only one payment, my flight was canceled. look my flight was supposed to be on 08/22 at 12:45 am and I didnt get any cancelation notice. what should I do? I called the agent multiple times more than 8 or 9 times. every time I called I have been asked to hold for 2 minutes then I have to wait at least 20 minutes to unhold. imidately after they got back to the phone they state they refended all of my money and my booking was canceled. when I ask for a conformation email they hungup the phone. a cople of them even toled me the problem is fixed and I would be able to fly as scheduled, again they hung up the phone when I asked conformation email.
I did contact with my credit card bank , no mony was refunded. I talk to Ethiopian airlines and Alaska airlines they said smart fares took the booking fee and canceled the flight. and every customer service reps at Smart fare refuse to let me talk to their boss.
so to finalise I ended up paying $1215.53+ $64.93 for no ticket. I am not sorry for myself but for my family, waiting inpatsently for the last week and preparing for wellcome party. Im not surprised about how bad experiance I had with smart fares because I had seen other similar customer complints on this agent but the fact that where it have been happenning is astonishing; in the USA.
