ISA Transfer shambles

Requested an ISA transfer out of Ford Money on 22 July, the same day as I instructed Skipton Building Society to transfer another ISA out. The Skipton transfer was completed within 9 days with no issues. It's now 32 days since my request & Ford Money still haven't completed the transfer. Ford messaged me to say they had sorted out issues & the process would be completed by close of play yesterday. Surprise, surprise this hasn't been done despite me agreeing to the interest penalty a few days ago.
The interest rate might be decent, but customer service & their systems are poor. Avoid at all costs unless you want unnecessary stress.
Next stop financial ombudsman.

Wish i hadn't bothered

Just had the new fibre installed this morning. Guys called before arriving, told me what they were going to do. Tidied up after themselves. Told me that broadband wasnt currently working, but would be ready within an hour. 2 hours later and it still isnt working. The letter i got from City Fibre said that the new line would be tested and up and running before the engineers left. Really disappointed as work from home and need my broadband. Wish i hadnt bothered with the upgrade now.

Mould Magic....not

Ordered the Mould Magic which arrived yesterday. Tried it out today on my bathroom tiles which arent overly dirty. Left the mould magic on for 6 hours and there was no difference to the tiles. Took longer cleaning up the mess it had made. Don't waste your time and money.

Avoid

Booked return flights to Auckland. A few months after booking, 2 of our flights were changed. Called the service centre as we were given 45 minutes to transit Hong Kong. First lady i spoke to was useless & couldnt find alternatives despite me finding some on Skyscanner. Was put on hold then cut off. Next guy took ages to sort things, but eventually did. Had to call back a few weeks later as no email confirming new flights. This time the agent couldnt find the outbound flights then cut me off. The next agent was so difficult to hear & not much help. Then received another email with another change to the flights, this time with a 15 hour stop in Frankfurt. Was given the option to cancel which we did and had a full refund in 3 days.
After reading all the reviews here i will never book with them again. Customer service is awful.

Bought a pair of Scarpa walking boots…

Bought a pair of Scarpa walking boots last summer which didnt get worn much. Noticed after just 12 months that the front of the soles was away on one & starting to do the same on the other. Emailed Scarpa and within 30 minutes had an email with a returns label asking me to send them off for inspection. Within 3 days i had an email saying they were faulty & to choose another pair up to the value of £185. This was more than i had paid. Excellent company to deal with & very happy with my new boots :-)

If i could give them zero i would. Only been a customer a day and had 90 minutes at the most connection. Router either wont switch on or if it does, switches itself off after a short time.
6 attempts at online chat, each time being thrown out. Wasted 4 hours of my day getting nowhere. Told they were testing my equipment, clearly they werent as my router is faulty. If it wasnt for me checking other reviews on here i wouldnt have been aware of faulty routers.
Not had an issue with other providers and rely on broadband to work from home. If the issue isnt resolved asap then i'll need to go elsewhere as i need a reliable service.

I switched to Igloo last December & all…

I switched to Igloo last December & all the communication before the switch was excellent. App is very easy to use to submit meter readings & view bills. Any credit balance earns you 3% interest which is great too. I would have given them 5 stars however I'm still waiting on the £62 bill credit I was supposed to have received within 3 months of joining.

AVOID - Communication AWFUL!!!

Tried to book bus tickets for a trip from Malaga to Gibraltar for the day and put in all the details including passport and credit card only to be told that there was an error, my credit card had been charged, but would be refunded.

So credit card has been charged, no sign of a refund or tickets that I have actually paid for.

Emailed the company yesterday, automatic reply with my original email and nothing else, oddest thing ever. So no idea if it's been looked into. Have emailed them again and if I hear nothing back will contact my credit card company.

Avoid at all costs, no explanation of error and no acknowledgement of my complaint.
