We have been reporting serious antisocial behaviour (ASB) issues to our housing association for the past six years, and in all that time, we’ve received little to no meaningful support. Complaints are routinely ignored, downplayed, or dismissed entirely. Instead of protecting the victims, the association seems more concerned with avoiding involvement or confrontation — even when the situation clearly breaches tenancy agreements.

Our direct contact, Carol Hooper, has shown nothing but bias and indifference. Rather than investigating the ASB properly, she has consistently sided with the perpetrator, treating us with disdain and disregard. It's hard to describe the sense of helplessness this has caused, living in a home where you no longer feel safe or listened to.

We escalated the issue to the Housing Ombudsman, hoping for some independent oversight. Unfortunately, they too proved completely ineffective, offering no accountability or resolution. It’s no surprise they receive terrible reviews themselves — they even have zero stars for their failure to act in the public interest on trustpilot.
Even after contacting our local MP, the housing association still refused to take any meaningful action. We're left to wonder: what does it take for a tenant to be heard and protected?
This experience has left us feeling abandoned, demoralised, and deeply let down by a system that is supposed to support tenants — not enable persistent antisocial behaviour. We strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this housing association, especially if you're hoping for fair treatment or protection from disruptive neighbours.

This housing association is atrocious 6 years of antisocial behaviour ignored from over 10 pages of crime reports to two court cases for us to be told to stop complaining by housing officer.
We are now having to leave our home of 25 years because the housing association are gutless at dealing with ASB

did not deliver a order of over £300 then canceled the order forcing us to wait 5 days for a refund.

bank confirmed payment sent M.R. say it was not, first time in 20 orders but I think my sending a screen shot of my transaction from my bank and my last 20 orders would of given me the benefit of doubt
