I received my order today and as I didn’t get enough protein in my diet today (to be fair, I was waiting for the shake to arrive!) I just made a cinnamon roll shake for my dessert.
It mixed smoothly in my Good Protein shaker bottle (my favourite) and I decided to make it with 2% milk. It was like tasting the most delicious cinnamon roll (with icing) but in liquid form. So many wonderful flavours and right now, this one is tops in my opinion. I bet if I had this with warm milk it would be delightful at bedtime.

I normally purchased Good Protein products from Amazon Canada but I realized they didn’t carry any new flavours that were introduced, so I decided to buy directly from Good Protein’s website.
I once had an order that didn’t make it to me and ended up in another city far from me. One call to Good Protein and they got my package rerouted back to me within 2 days. They really went out of their way for me and it was greatly appreciated.
I absolutely love their shakes, their functional wellness products and they make the best shaker I’ve used, and I’ve tried plenty.
I like that they’re Canadian and affordable. I’m on a tight budget and an even stricter diet and their shakes ensure that I get the extra protein I need daily when needed. The shakes are all amazing and mix well with milk, milk alternatives and even water. Some protein powder tastes chalky but I haven’t had that issue at all with Good Protein products.
When I find it difficult to unwind at bedtime, I warm some milk and add golden turmeric latte powder and then I’m able to relax and sleep.
I get the occasional text from them and if I have a question about anything, I can text them and they’ll reply back quickly.
I’m extremely satisfied with Good Protein.
Trust pilot have asked for my date of experience, but I have had so many positive ones that I put down today’s date because Charlie and I had been texting about an order that’s been shipped to me; I’m excited to try the newest cinnamon flavour!
