Beware of Service and Product!

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered in Lima Peru. The order did not arrive until AFTER close of business that day (and well after dark). Despite paying an extra "premium" for our order to be delivered during normal business hours. And despite several calls to locate our order. No goodwill from the company, no "rebate" on the premium and the flowers were not "fresh." If you are in the U.S. and ordering for delivery to another country, BEWARE! Once this company has your money, they will treat you any way they want to and you are helpless to affect the service/quality of the product. VERY amateurish. WE will NEVER use them again. Too risky and no recourse for breached contracts or service.

Usury practiced here.

This bank practices usury and preys on the desperate and the poor. BNP Parabas should be a target of international regulators. Tried to use them in South America but their customer service is arrogant and aloof. The security guards are on a power trip and wouldn’t even let me in one branch (to deposit money) in Lima as it was “too crowded.” I’m all for letting American, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, and European potential customers know to “steer clear” of this bank. It’s the proverbial song of the sirens. Caveat Emptor.

If you are using our app:

In order for everything to go smoothly please also read your voucher carefully. We've compiled a comprehensive amount of useful information there.

- Ensure you bring a copy of your confirmation voucher. You can present the printed option or digital (on your phone).
- Your voucher also has information about how to find your rental location, your suppliers name and opening hours. Check these opening hours prior so no late surprises. If you need to make changes. Contact us right away. 
- You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original International Driving Licence when picking up the vehicle. You must also present a passport or Identification card of your country of residence.
- You'll need your credit card at the pick-up. No matter if you fully pre-paid for your rental. Don’t count on a prepaid credit card or American Express—many car rental companies don’t accept them.
- If you’ve also selected Wisecars CANCELLATION PROTECTION you can cancel right up until the pickup. But not after!
- If you are late for your pickup, you could loose your car. As soon as you know that you might be late, call us. 
- If you have your flight number but didn't provide during the booking process, please send it through to us.
- Different car hire companies have different requirements, so please make sure you understand your terms and conditions.
