Fantastic service. Was told our repair could take two to three working days but we had the car back, fully repaired, within 24 hours. Car picked up and dropped off and the damage perfectly repaired. Absolutely delighted!

Disappointed. On arrival at the Ibis Earls Court, the hotel had no record of our booking (4 rooms) which had all been booked and paid for two weeks earlier. It was all sorted out in the end but only after 10 minutes of checking emails and booking references.

Review of 1st Choice Spares UK Ltd
I ordered a part from one of 1st Choice's members as it was about a third of the price of an OE part from my local main dealer. It arrived the next day, in immaculate condition (it was apparently reconditioned but looked new).
I would definitely use 1st Choice again.
The member supplier was Heartlands Spares, in case that's of interest.
