Having been informed of the date for delivery, it proved very inconvenient to be told at the very last minute it was to be delivered the preceding day. The delivery driver neglected to give me the promised 1hour warning of its delivery and I had to wait around when I had other important things I wanted to do.
The item of furniture was good but the delivery arrangements were ‘crapp’ !
