It's pretty useless

You normally spend more time trying to fix the nonsense created by this "humanizer." It might work for short paragraphs. I typically work with about 200 words at a time. The outcome is useless, and I end up having to rewrite it by hand. Yes, it will pass AI detection... because it makes no freaking sense. I also had issues twice with the word count/plan in the first month.

Renew license... you should have told me!

The software is good. I have both the photo and the gigapixel. However, when I initially purchased it, it was nowhere mentioned that I would need to pay an additional $200 after a year to keep updating the app. It appeared to be a one-time charge for me. So, bear in mind that this is a recurring purchase unless you are happy with being stuck with outdated models.

Great experience!

We purchased promotional materials for our brand, including shirts and bottles. The printing was clear and high-quality. Everything was packed carefully and received within the deadline. We found the ordering process straightforward. We had a few questions before ordering, and they were answered promptly by their customer service. We look forward to continuing to do business with this vendor in the future.

Absolutely unacceptable and unreliable…

Absolutely unacceptable and unreliable platform. Wise suddenly froze all my transfers and disabled my cards without any warning or explanation, leaving me completely stranded and unable to access my own money.

Imagine having your daily living expenses—groceries, healthcare, essentials—locked away indefinitely, with zero solutions or even basic communication. I reached out to their customer service not once, but FOUR times, and all they could tell me was they "can't do anything." I provided the requested "source of wealth" documentation **9 days ago**, yet there's still no update or resolution.

God forbid an emergency happens—I would be completely helpless because Wise chose to arbitrarily pause my account. Their disregard for loyal customers is shocking. I've relied on Wise for over two years for both personal and business needs, and if they can treat a long-term user this way, imagine how little they'll care about you.

Stay away at all costs.

Deceptive sales tactics

Update: after some back and forth, I got a refund, so boosting the rate to 3 stars.

This company uses aggressive promotions and FOMO tactics. I received an email offering an upgrade to "enjoy all functionalities" for just $9/month, with no further details—just a direct link to enter payment information. I decided to give it a try, only to realize that the plan was extremely limited.

I couldn’t audit my site due to URL restrictions, and keyword tracking was useless since mobile tracking was locked under a higher-tier plan. Essentially, the most essential features were unavailable.

I contacted support for a refund, as I felt misled, but they enforce a strict no-refund policy. Ultimately, I switched to Semrush instead. I hope the $9 they gained was worth the lost trust.

NOT a transparent 3PL (posting again)

We shipped with Atomix for about two months before we decided to leave, and I hope these few pointers will help you determine your next 3PL partner.

Transparency is one of the most important features when choosing a 3PL. It can make or break your margins. Sadly, Atomix provided incorrect pricing, and not by a small difference. I want to think this was a mistake by their onboarding team, who provided a wrong quotation, but they did not bother to help resolve it either.

When we signed up, the estimated shipping fees for our product (single unit), including pick-and-pack fees, were presented as $7.68 per unit. However, upon receiving our first invoice, we were surprised to see the average charge for a single unit for the same zone was $12.48, with the cheapest charge of $11.71. This represents an almost 40% increase from the 'estimated' pricing that got us to enroll.

They also unilaterally changed the conditions. Initially, they agreed to assemble a certain product we sell for an additional $4 per unit, a deal we were comfortable with. Yet, once they had our stock, they informed us they would not do it for less than $18 per unit, forcing us to discontinue this product.

We left a critical review here, and the CEO quickly contacted us for a call if we took down the review. We agreed. They listened to the issue and promised to look for a solution. The result was an account manager's email response dismissing the problem. We replied with captures and numbers to show she was not right and asked for another call to talk, but it never happened.

After two months of shipping low-profit orders, we asked them to pack and ship our things to our previous provider. Of course, they charge per hour, so more money had to be paid.

They stopped shipping orders for us on August 8th, yet they charged the full month for software and storage fees.

Handling time is on point, with orders being processed daily. No complaints in this regard. The support team replies timely, but there is no ticketing system, so responses quickly get mixed up and are difficult to find.

Conclusion: We cannot recommend Atomix due to their deceptive pricing and dismissive attitude when discussing the problem and following up with them. It was a waste of money and time.

Operationally, they ship orders in a timely manner, but we consider there to be more cost-effective alternatives and, more importantly, transparent options.

We think they breached the contract, but it is not worth it to make it a legal issue. We just sucked the "real" pricing for a couple of months, paid all the moving fees, and left asap.

Dedicated VPN does not work smoothly

The app is good, but sadly, after paying a premium for a dedicated VPN, I have to disable it often as I won't have internet for some reason. Hence, it does not work as intended. It also seems to turn on/off every x time, as when I log into apps like Facebook, I see many messages stating I'm offline/online/offline/online, etc. as if the VPN lost connection many times since I last checked the app.

Deceptive practices

As other reviews stated, stay away from this business. Your fees will be 50%- 100% higher than you think you will pay. We have filed our trademarks for the US, CA, AU, and EU.

2 of them were rejected, and we were required to pay additional fees to overcome the objections. I feel they do the filing vague on purpose so they can ask for more fees once it is rejected.

For CA, they failed to tell us the completion would take 4-5 years (!) before we paid. They only informed us once the service was provided. We would not have gone this way if we had known.

AU was rejected and had to pay additional government fees. After much discussion, they waived their business fees.

The US is still there pending; god knows what will happen.

The EU was rejected too and they asked us an extra $1000 to reply and "try" to overcome it. They were so kind to lower this fee to $800 with a special discount :-)

To sum up, these people make extra money by filing trademarks in a way that will be most likely rejected, or if the trademark is conflicting (has a high chance of refusal), they won't tell you.

We are beyond disappointed. This cost us several thousand, and we have nothing to show for it. It's been months, so we cannot even dispute the charges.

Bad customer service

I was having issues performing a task that I never did before. I contacted support using the chat to get some directions. I was sent a link to a video, which I watched carefully. However I still had questions, so I asked again. He referred me to the same video a second time. I watched it again, yet despite following the steps, I could not get the expected result. At this point I was feeling dumb.

Yet, I asked him a third time. Believe it or not this Justin guy asked me to watch the video once more, even if I told him that I followed the steps and I couldn't get the expected result. I was genuinely asking him to have a quick look at what I had done to see if he could find the problem.

I never heard back, he just stopped replying. I guess he thinks his time is too valuable to help a paying customer. You won't get another $$$ from me. There is a reason why this profile is full of customer service complaints. Get a better app.

Victor was great

Very happy with the service. I travelled with my wife and small 3 years old child who was feeling unwell from Andorra to Barcelona airport hotel. We had to stop a couple of times and Victor was polite and accommodating at all times. The car was also roomy and comfy. We will hire this company and if possible Victor to work with us again.

Seller stay away

Hidden fees, vague policies, and subpar customer service. If you relocate to another country or create a new company, you cannot change your store info - you're stuck with the same bank account and company TAX ID.

We have been selling for a few years now and have over 6000 sales and plenty of reviews. We relocated country. Etsy solution to change the bank account? Close your store and open a brand new one. Crazy.

Not to mention we tried updating some tax details in our dashboard and then reverted the changes. They have frozen our store, asking for all docs again of a previously verified company, and even worse, it's the third day we cannot sell anything because the Trust and Safety team is absurdly useless (I think it's a bot spamming templates, tbh) and they don't work on weekends. Hopefully, they can reactivate our shop before I grow old and die. What a garbage company, seriously.

Horrible company

Horrible company. I bought tickets for my wife and our 3 years old daughter and specifically asked that we needed toilet on board so our daughter can go.

The bus had the toilet out of service and the driver asked to put a complaint to see if "anyone do anything about it" because it had been broken for so long.

Don't rely on this company's word. And forget about Wi-Fi too.

Hidden charges. Crazy stuff.

Unfortunately, what you have read in other reviews regarding hidden charges is totally true. They charge your card daily, so you must review each invoice and check each shipment to verify the amount.

Here are a couple of examples. We have been charged $8 (no dim weight) and $28.35 (DIM weight) for the same product, same weight, and same packaging on separate orders. Same shipping method too.
On another order, we have been charged $22.82 for a Dim weight of 4.84lb. Their advertised price sheet shows $13.87 for that weight.

On another order, we have been charged twice for the same order (as if it was shipped twice). We have found a lot of instances where the shipping charges make no sense or are considerably higher than the advertised price sheet.

Furthermore, they got a faulty scale which had been billing us way over the price for certain shipments for over six months. We had to find out ourselves by checking invoices. They have been investigating this for over a month and will "credit" us back any extra charges.

This is not worth it. A 3PL is an extension of your business, a partner. You shouldn't need to go through thousands of orders to verify you haven't been charged more than you should. This is extremely dodgy and dishonest of them.

These guys have no shipping zones and advertise good rates, but the truth is different. Be ready to spend hours checking your daily invoices and have long back-and-forth emails with support (they turned off the live chat, yay). Our revenue has decreased, and I truly believe these inflated shipping costs are related. These invoices they charge you daily without verification or control will cost you a penny.

We have a call to discuss all these issues tomorrow, but we are already searching for a new 3PL partner. This is not transparency. It is robbery. An innocent mistake does not happen consistently, month after month. Stay away and find another option. The funny thing is they will probably ask us for a kidney to move our inventory elsewhere just to stop being robbed.

UPDATE (07/27/22) - I wanted to add that they also fail to ship orders timely, and it is pretty hard to get support since they removed live chat a while ago. They are so late shipping many Etsy orders (up to 12 days late! My store is being penalized), and I have been trying to get someone to solve this since three days ago to no avail. If you value your business, go somewhere else.

UPDATE 2 (07/14/2023) - They decided to dispute this review a year after when the problem was real (they even replied to it some time ago). Service is not any better, with frequent wrong charges and late shipments now and then. Zero coverage for parcels (an order for a custom from FL was delivered to another state, and they told me to open a claim with USPS, go figure). Also, they decided to implement a $500 fee to all merchants paying under $100k a month (I'm sure 99%) to "pay for the tech they need" to improve their services. Can you believe that? It is outrageous. Out of the blue, a $500 charge for "tech."

Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company. We are a retailer and many of our orders are stuck with these guys. In some cases, it can take 3-4 weeks for the package to get to USPS. I don't know what these people are doing or do they intend to keep customers like that.

I contacted support and got a generic response. I replied to that with more questions since it was not helpful at all, and silence. Avoid at all costs.

Review of Incubranding Wordpress Experts

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Reposting my review as they try to take it down again and again :-)

This business has been trying to take my review down several times. So here's a new one! :D

First of all, they advertise themselves as Shopify EXPERTS (you can see the badge on their site), however, Shopify DOES NOT know them! They do not show up when searching in the Shopify Experts site either :-) Shopify Experts with charge you THROUGH Shopify and will have an expert profile listed. These guys have no expert profile, at least with this business name, and will bill you externally (PayPal in my case).

I found this company through Facebook, and due to the low price for a full redesign ($420), I decided to give it a go.

I have to say that I have been a Shopify employee in the past. I have seen different stores, from plus customers to new entrepreneurs. I’m familiar with what takes to set up a new store. It is hard and time-consuming. I have an e-com business myself.

When I first checked this company catalog, I was delighted. Stores such as Canvas Cultures or Hobbo Jack (advertised on their site at the time) looked fantastic. I decided to pay for a full redesign package.

One of the Trennder certified designers, explained to me the serviced provided (they included full banners and images design, logo, and so on). It sounded good.

I had to pay UPFRONT. No template mockup is provided. All you have is the PROMISE that your store will be great (and I thought It would be, due to their advertised stores). Additionally, the delivery time is around ONE WEEK, BUT you can only claim a refund in the next 48 hours after paying. If you want to see the job done, there is no possible refund. That’s the policy in place when placing my order.

A week passed, and my new template was uploaded. They used a Shopify official theme (Motion). To my surprise, the work done was simply put a few sections together in the new template. A very simple job. Nothing like the amazing advertised stores.

- Banners: they did three mockups as banners that looked pixelated and low quality. Nothing like the advertised stores.

- The logo was not great and was not an SVG file; it was pixelated when zooming in.

- They just set collections on the homepage in the same order I had them in my navigation menu, using default collection images. The thumbnails were all blurry and cropped.

- No tracking links and other relevant links set up, grammar mistakes in the text (for example "emailus").

- The product page: The description not even arranged in tabs as it was previously. All trust badges or extra code gone.

- It is an American company, even though the person that accessed my store for the job accessed from Ecuador (I thought they had "certified designers" in the US). I asked and they said they have the team spread over other countries as well. A US "Shopify Experts" business with designers logging into your store from Ecuador. And Shopify does not know them.

I emailed providing some feedback and expressing my disappointment. He asked me to try and publish that theme since it may convert better, just like that. Go ahead and published a cheap-looking, unfinished theme, and it may work. Again, I have seen many stores in my years in Shopify and this template was everything but good.

Alright. I insisted that the theme was not something I'd like to use. He told me they would work on a new theme.

Another 7 days or so passed, and the new theme was delivered. It was a $59 theme forest theme. These themes are not in the Shopify official store for a reason. They have not been officially vetted or approved.

Long story short, this new theme had some serious bugs affecting banners and other stuff. At this point, I realized that this company would never provide the level of service I was expecting.

I emailed again mentioning the bugs I found, thanking him for his work, and politely asking a partial refund so we can call it a day, as I acknowledge that they did some work so I didn't even claim the full amount back.

They never got back to me. They just took the money, delivered a subpar work (nothing compared to what they advertise), and got away with it. That's it.

I won't get my money back, but at least, I hope this experience helps people to make an informed decision. Get an actual approved Shopify Expert!! A business that asks you to PAY UPFRONT before seeing any work WITH NO POSSIBILITY OF A REFUND is no good.

I’m astonished by the number of 5-star reviews here and I doubt their honesty. Not sure if the company got any better since, but I felt scammed. As if you buy a nice pair of Nike shoes and you get a replica full of defects. The simple fact that they advertise themselves as Shopify experts when they cannot be found on the official experts' site nor Shopify knows them, is enough to look somewhere else. I have reported them to Shopify.

This seems to be another fake review from probably freelancers who see our company as their competitors, we offer unlimited revisions and full customer support so it doesn't make sense for us to do such claims to a customer. Trustpilot has a section beneath this review where it says source, and the source of this review is organic, which means this review is not based on a genuine experience but rather just a random person who searched our name organically on the internet in order to post bad reviews .
