MyCar has been looking after “my old car” for at least 4 years. They provide excellent mechanical service and their customer service is top notch. In this instance they managed to fit in a service which included wheel rotation, wheel balancing, and brake linings at very short notice. I love it and will keep going back. Last Orders before the Ban!

I had lost touch with our woke Govt in Australia p, and their ideological, uninformed zeal to ban vaping altogether. Vapeking kept their customers informed. They kept us updated and made sure, via email, when the writing was on wall. That was very helpful. They have always provided amazing customer service. Thank you Vapeking. Here’s to better policy re Vaping in the future.

VAPEKING- My GoTo Online Vape Shop

My latest purchase (13/05/2024) was for Vegetable Glycerine which I haven’t received yet but am 100% certain will arrive perfectly packaged and well within the timeframe indicated on the Order. Why am I so confident? Because I have been a Vapeking customer for several years and have never - not once- been disappointed with any products I have ordered. My orders have always been well packaged, and despatched and delivered efficiently and timeously. On the one occasion when I received a vape with a substandard battery, Vapeking replaced it with no questions asked. Their customer service is amazing. Vapeking also stocks an amazing range of products and seem to cater for a wide range clients -even old fuddy duddies like me who do not like to change their Brands, their particular models, nor their personal preferences for eliquid flavours. Vapeking gets 10/10 from me.

EXCELLENT AFTER SALES SERVICE

My latest purchase didn't register on my account purchase history and I was flummoxed. The items arrived speedily, everything packaged well and the quality of their goods and their service up to Vapeking Australia's usual 5-star standard. I've been a customer since 2017. What had I done that my order wasn't registered and therefore didn't accrue Reward points? I flicked off an email to their Customer Service Team requesting their assistance. Within 2 days Brian, their "Customer Service Guru" got back to me and they had fixed my problem : Voila! All fixed (my error - I had logged in as a "guest" due to troublesome WiFi signal dropping out). My purchase history is complete and I have more, very useful, Reward points. Thank you Vapeking. Your after sales service is amazing too.

Aspire Favostix and Faultless Service.

I’m an avid fan of Aspire Favostix for my vaping.
THEIR PRODUCTS.
Yes - the pods may leak out a bit but they are easy to use, and refill, and I know exactly how to mix my own flavours (Amber blend plus Ice Queen) to my personal preference. And the pods last for ages before their coils die.
I am a fairly discrete vaper so, at a 10W setting the batteries also last very well and recharge quickly.
MY ACCOUNT
I created my account with Vapeking in May 2017 and have received only excellent service from them ever since. At that time (1) Vaping in WA was very difficult. Selling any vaping products was illegal here. Everything had to come from interstate and Nicotine eliquids had to be imported from NZ or further. And, (2) I lived in a small rural village where ordinary postal deliveries took 4 or more business days to get to us from Perth.
I don’t know how Vapeking managed but they consistently delivered their excellent products, perfectly packaged, in the most efficient and timeous way. They maintained their high standard of customer service throughout our lengthy COVID lockdown in WA and ever since.
WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.
All those years - and still - I’m a Happy Customer. Even more fun when a Pop-Up appears on my screen during the Ordering process, that says I have lots of bonus points and can redeem them for free goodies or free postage. Yeay.
In January 2023 a new Favostix device went crook on me after a very short time of using it. (One of the items on Order #528461). I notified Vapeking by email. I wasn’t complaining or demanding anything from them. I thought they should know and do ‘whatever’ - maybe other items in that batch also failed? Anyway that was it, for me. The next day (24 Jan 2023) I received an email confirming that a new, replacement was on its way to me!! OMG. Thank you Vapeking. If that doesn't deserve a medal I don't know what does.
5 Stars for Customer Service and
5 Stars for excellent products.

Excellent service,
Excellent packaging and fast reliable delivery of online orders to WA,
Available by phone for advice and follow-up, Great customer service!
Best range of products - from eLiquids to choice of vapes.
Only lost one Star because it seems there is a problem with supply of Aspire Vapostix - if this goes off the market totally (my favourite vape) that will not be good. I hope you get more stock…..

- Amber blend - a great, smooth tobacco flavour

I mix my own eLiquid: 1 by volume of Iceberg menthol plus 2xvol of Amber blend. Plus unflavoured nicotine base to 6mg Nic strength to vape. It is a mild slightly menthol mild tobacco flavoured vape which is consistently pleasant. Not too sweet. It’s my favourite.

Go Loco2 before you knock yourself out anywhere else!

I was trying to arrange transfers from Granada to Lisbon via Seville. I wanted to travel by train as much as possible. Trying to organise this - even making a special trip to the Train Station in Granada near drove me nuts! No one at the train station spoke English and I speak no Spanish! Urggh. What I did manage to grasp was that I could go to Madrid and from there catch the overnight train to Lisbon - plus an assurance that I could travel on the discounted fares for those aged 65+. The Renfe website was impossible so I tried Loco2. Everything became EASY! Booking, payments, and even receiving the tickets within minutes by email. Streamlined, efficient and a great experience. Thanks guys.

MilkandChoco Rubbish

I bought a full- length green “Boho Summer Dress”. The photos were flattering. On the model the dresses seemed comfortable, loose and flowy. The models showed a lot of leg. I thought , okay, Not seemly for someone in my age group, but assumed I would be able to wear it more modestly. It was advertised as 66% marked down and on sale.

WHAT I GOT:
1) I had ordered an XL - I really wanted summery, loose and flowy. The dress I got was not anywhere near that.
THE SLEEVES are so tight I could not even get my arms into them
I don’t have breasts. If I did, I would not have been able to close the bodice buttons.
The skirt is narrow: there is no way to button it closed beyond almost top of the thigh.
I am not particularly tall but the whole thing is so cheaply designed and made , the hem is well above my ankles.

Do I trust them? NO. I think their reviews are faked.

Would I buy anything from them again? NO. This bunch is shonky.
One of the buttons fell off while I was folding it up to put back into the original envelope I received it in. I’ve cellotaped it to the parcel for return.

POSTAGE : Delivery took a full month - from confirmation of the order 7 July, 2018, to delivery today: 7 August 3018.
Don’t waste your money.
