Poor delivery from Evri BUT excellent customer service from QVC…
Thanks to Evri the delivery was very poor and the product had been used by the some one before delivery. The outer box was torn and damaged and dumped outside in the rain. The interior box was ripped. I rang to complain to QVC and a replacement arrived three days later. Excellent customer service from QVC

My gel had leaked about a quarter of it…
My gel had leaked about a quarter of it was loose in plastic and had soaked onto other bottles . the gel was wrapped in cling but the cling was loose and not on tub.
Obviously the package had been thrown around and turned upside down. Could you put a keep this way up on box, please?
