This was purchased as a gift for my sister. You take a risk when choosing a category and I went with bestsellers. She got a ‘beach read’ for her first book which isn’t really her but hopefully she’ll read it and it enjoy it more than she thinks! The caramel coffee and biscuits looked nice. I wanted to stop the subscription after 3 months but there was only the option to pause it, even when I contacted Customer Services, which is a little frustrating. A nice idea which, with a couple of tweaks could be great. I hope it’s a meatier bestseller next month :)

The shoes are great, super flexible which is what I was looking for. It’s 4 rather than 5 stars as they took quite some time to arrive

I ordered 7 plants and a number of pots. One of all the plants turned up in really good condition. The rest were not looking particularly healthy. I had to ask for a replacement for one as half of the leaves were either off the plant or dying on arrival. I sent them photos and, to their credit, Patch were very quick to respond and send a replacement. That was in much better condition but it still had a ripped leaf. I'm afraid I'll be returning to my previous supplier.

Very happy with purchase of ferns for my kitchen. They arrived within a week or so, packaged up well and in very good condition. Most of the packing was recyclable but perhaps not all so maybe that could be looked at by Crocus. Appreciated the very helpful instructions on caring for my plant as I'm new to this game! - my ferns doing well in hanging pots in the kitchen.
