What a sh*thouse place to get a facial. OMG. Buckle up.

I have always wanted to try a Tixel facial. The “results” photos on their website looked amazing. (What a freakin lie.)

First off, they charged me $800 (not the advertised $700) for full-face and made me get a $100 “recovery” kit with sample serums and sunscreen in it. Ugh!) so $900 in for the one facial. They told me results would start to be seen about 6 weeks later. Ok, fine.

2 weeks later I see that they have a 40% off sale. Great! I buy 4 more Tixel facials at 40% off.

My next appointment was 6 weeks after the first facial - and my skin looked worse. I was upset (I’d spent $900!) so their director Matthew convinced me to get the full face micro needling instead and said it was the exact same cost as the Tixel and would have a better affect. So ok, I had the micro needling instead of Tixel (as part of the 4 I’d bought).

4 weeks later I went back to my next appointment and super upset, it’s NOT DOING ANYTHING. No glow, no softening of lines, nothing. I’ve had better results from at-home skin masks and peels.

Then I checked the price on their website. They were charging $550 for their micro needling - not the $700/800 bs for the Tixel so I was completed rorted on value.

So upset at their lying bs!

I asked for a refund for the remaining facials that I’d bought. I don’t want them, it’s a rip off and nothing is happening to my skin. Not as described. Not the right price or value!

They have outdated machines. They know it does nothing.

Heh and get this - they then tell me that they will ONLY refund me $320 - not what I paid per facial.
Are you freakin kidding me? This is 2024! It’s full refund or credit.

Anyway. Don’t trust them! Go somewhere great instead.

Go somewhere where they actually care about your results and you get proper value for your hard earned money.

It's a total SCAM site. They have rotating sales pitched at software engineers for an online React or other programming course. You find that you can access one module (that is in the "free") section but then cannot access anything else. They don't reply to emails or any request for help. You cannot log a support ticket.

Don't be foolish like me - don't give them your money!

I decided to order from Strapify because the photos looked great and I didn't want to pay $140 for Apple's straps.

I bought 3 and they all look great! Really happy with the ones I chose and how quickly they arrived. So much cheaper than Apple for the same quality.

One thing, I had a notification from Australia Post say that my delivery had arrived but when I got home it wasn't there in the mailbox or at the door. Erk. It actually arrived a few hours later. So don't panic :D

Where do I start.. ugh. The clothing is such awful quality, like a Chinese knockoff. Very cheap material despite the price! Looked nothing like what I had ordered. I returned the jumpsuit and now she is no longer replying to my emails and requests for a refund! Avoid at all costs.

When I initially spoke to Ryan I was in a very troubled place. Severe and debilitating anxiety, cutting myself off from friends and family. Work was difficult and I had a bad attitude. I was so anxious and angry from the trauma I had been through and I kept persisting with very anxiety inducing behaviour. I struggled to leave the house sometimes. I really wanted to understand what the causes of my behaviour were and how to change them. Within a couple of weeks I was able to open up a lot more about what had happened and here, 18 months later I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am. Meth free. Work is awesome (I am a CTO now!) I had a successful IVF cycle and am looking forward to meeting my son. I cannot recommend Ryan and the team at TCFH enough :) Thank you!
