I used much less electric & gas than…
I used much less electric & gas than they charged me for on my first bill payment.
I live alone, and i have been away from home since the 21st of august/19, all my services are switched off till i get home in a few weeks time, so it will be interesting to see how much they charge me on my next bill.

Please be assured you will only be charged for the amount of energy you use. If we find you've overpaid based on your usage, we can look to refund you this credit. This will be shown in a breakdown on your bill statement itself.

We know we're not the cheapest provider out there, but we try and keep our prices as competitive as possible for our customers as well as making sure we maintain a sustainable business. We also keep our rates and prices well within the government price caps.
I do hope you reconsider Boost again in the future for your energy supply.
