Bestway steel pro max

So I bought bought the 12ft bestway steel pro max, thinking this pool had a steel frame (as its in the name, and advertised on the box as having a steel frame).

I put it all together and started filling the pool (didnt even realise that it wasnt steel until later in the day) because I was stressed and rushing to put it up.

Anyhow later in the day my 12 year old autistic son was eager to get in there even though it was under a quarter full, he put some weight on the frame and bent it on day 1 🤦‍♂️😔. After this ive had a good look at the frame and realised it bloody plastic 😡😡.

If i had known this from the beginning I would never had bought it.

Will definitely be sticking with intex from now on, as their pools are actually a metal frame, a lot stronger and better quality.

Avoid bestway framed pools guys, they are rubbish

Problem solved :)

UPDATE- Jess from 247 blinds got in touch with me, apologised for the mix up with stock levels on their system which was the cause of the delay. She was very apologetic and kept me updated from then on and also issued a partial refund for the inconvenience. The blinds are really nice and very well made, using good quality materials. Jess was very helpful and All is forgiven lol. I will be using 247 blinds again in the near future.



Not happy about the delay in my order being posted.

I placed my order on the 18th april 2025, expecting it to be sent out by the 1st may 2025.

Saturday the 3rd of may I still hadn't received my blinds or any email or any form of confirmation regarding them being sent out so I decided to phone the company, only to be told that I should recieve them around the 19th or 20th of may.

If I knew it would take a month or more to recieve my blinds from them I would have used another company

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service, received my parcel the day after I ordered it which was well before the estimated delivery date. Parcel arrived in excellent condition and driver was a happy and friendly chap. No faults what so ever. Would definitely recommend
