Great tool overall, yet would like to see more updates and offers

Great tool overall. The prices are fair as well (vs similar tools). Would like to see more updates and integrations rolled-out however, and perhaps offers to incentivize upgrading. We've been subscribed but on the fence for upgrading due to those two factors.

VPS services so-so, prices bit high, support lacking

Managed VPS Services so-so (lots of unexplained downtime). Prices are bit high. Support is 50/50 -- often with a completely unhelpful T1 support person, but the next can be very helpful (hit or miss). Sometimes the live chat DC's which means waiting around for the next support person (usually long wait times as well). Overall the services of Inmotion have declined over the years imo, while their prices go up... Have been a customer for over a decade yet as of late looking at alternatives for some of our VPS/server solutions. Hope to see things improve though...

Make sure you check the lead details because there's many spam

Not a very good platform. Low quality leads. Shady offers without proper agreement to terms of service. Would avoid.

Terrible customer service at REGUS - BEWARE! *UPDATED*

Terrible customer service, non legitimate contracts, and they increase your fee without your approval, and renew you without approval.

STANDARD ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE:

1) Renewals of any terms require review of any updates to terms and signing of such agreement
1.1) Terms should be contained within the agreement and not on an external URL which is subject to change - leaving agreements entirely open ended

1.2) Any new agreements or terms or new rates should be reflected in the new agreement

2) Without such signing renewals take place on a month to month basis at the same rate which was previously being paid

This review is being submitted under the pretence that we did not receive such notice for the virtual office location in question. To further that, sending 1 email without reference or attachment of new terms/charges prior to renewal is not adequate and does not follow fair practice.

Regus appears to attempt to hold customers into new open ended terms without signing of agreements. Terms which can vary at any time.

Simply google search "Regus Reviews" and you will see there are hundreds (or more) of similar complaints raised about Regus. Then google search Regus Better Business Bureau, and you will find the same.

DO NOT use regus. Go to Davinci Virtual or any other provider.

Your competitors are providing services following very standard fair and ethical business practice.

We also take renewals very seriously and take great care in communicating how the process works. Furthermore, it’s our goal to make this an efficient yet very simple process for all our customers. If for any reason this easy process doesn’t work for you, then we deeply apologize.

Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy reminder emails, ensuring you are kept informed at all times and never taken by surprise. These emails provide several options on price, term, and the possibility to end the agreement if required.

Once your agreement has renewed, we will confirm it but if anything isn’t to your satisfaction we will still offer additional options if we hear from you quickly after the event.
