The deals that I have selected give really good value, and generally, the product quality is surprisingly good.

The main problem has been a disastrous delivery experience, caused by your Carrier (DPD). I have communicated this to DPD separately.

Jan Paul did a great job of addressing my questions (in English, which I appreciated). I shall certainly ask for him in future, if required.

Chris did an excellent job. His understanding of the problems, as expressed by non I.T. "senioren", his technical depth and range of knowledge, his problem solving ability, and his communications skills, were all first class.
